Undercover Boss

You may want to take the exact time "Undercover Boss" is going to air with a grain (or seven) of salt, but that doesn't change the fact that the concept does seem kind of sweet.  This reality series take a high-level chief executive and forces them to slum it, doing various low-level tasks in their own company.  They then, we're told, get a taste of what it's actually like to work for themselves.  We won't be delving into the show's truth-claim right here, but it does seem, potentially, very thought provoking.  Larry O'Donnell, President and COO of Waste Management, is tonight's boss.
