Tonight is not the first time that Barack Obama has been on "The Daily Show," but every time that it happens, it is an event. Heck, every time any sitting President appears on "The Daily Show," it's an event (President Obama is actually the first sitting President to appear). What will President Obama say tonight? Are we going to see Mitt Romney appearing on "The Daily Show" (or perhaps "The Colbert Report") in the near future? We just don't know, but what we do know is that Jon Stewart and the rest of his staff will be in top form tonight (and probably not telling any dirty jokes during the first two segments).

Listen, your particular brand of politics are irrelevant here - Barack Obama, the current President of the United States is going to be Jon Stewart's guest on tonight's episode and that pretty much means that you are absolutely required to watch. Haven't we learned that whatever the President wants to do in a time of war (like going on "The Daily Show") has to be accepted? Haven't we learned that if we disagree with his actions we're letting the terrorists win? Essentially, we have no choice but to watch (that and it'll be great fun).
