Over the course of this first season of "Talking Dead," Chris Hardwick has provided us with a great deal of insight into "Talking Dead"'s big brother series, "The Walking Dead." Hardwick has interviewed folks involved with that series as well as celebrity fans and other fans as well. Has he helped clear up any of the conundrums many in the audience about the "The Walking Dead?" Some of them. We definitely think he's cleared up some of the problems, and we have great hope that after tonight's "Walking" season finale, "Talking" will clear up any and all cliffhangers that the main series' throws out. That won't happen, but we certainly wish it would.

Once the fall finale of "The Walking Dead" ends, stay tuned as Chris Hardwick and friends (who are sure to include at least one "Walking Dead" actor or producer) explore what we all just saw. Let's face it, "The Walking Dead" has a predilection for intense finales and premieres and shocking cliffhangers, and after watching such a thing it might help to hear folks talk it all out. That is what will happen here.

As "The Walking Dead" is returning tonight, so to is Chris Hardwick's post-"Walking Dead" talk show, "Talking Dead." We don't know who he is going to have on as a guest tonight, but as this is the season premiere, we fully expect that you'll see a cast member or former cast member or producer for the series. Why? Because it's a big night and they'll want to come out big. So, if you are at all confused or just want more insight following tonight's season premiere of "Walking," tune in to "Talking" and hear some explanation.

Tonight, right after the end of "Walking Dead," everyone's favorite Nerdist will be back on TV in order to break down what we all just witnessed into easily digestible bite-sized pieces of knowledge. We fully expect Chris Hardwick to interview at least one cast member and/or producer from "Walking Dead" and perhaps another celebrity as well. So, if you're worried or confused or anything else about tonight's "Walking" episode, sit down and sort it all out with "Talking Dead."

Yes, yes, there are now after shows for "Breaking Bad" (or there was for "Breaking Bad") and "Sons of Anarchy," but "Talking Dead" was the first of them and it's coming back tonight. Chris Hardwick (that Nerdist fellow) is going to be present to sit down with us and chat about what just went down and what we can expect to see in future episodes. He will also, as you probably know, have guests talking about these things as well. Pick that jaw up off the floor and stay tuned after "Walking Dead" for this discussion of what you've just witnessed.

There has been an awful lot going on with "The Walking Dead" during season three. Think about it in comparison to the ridiculous quantities of time they spent in season two at the farm and wondering what they should be doing. Thank goodness Chris Hardwick and various guests are there after "The Walking Dead" ends to help us analyze all that's going on in the show. Of course, we have a sneaking suspicion that Hardwick gets to see the episodes early and we totally want in on that.

With the return tonight of "The Walking Dead" we're also getting the return of the talk show companion series, "Talking Dead." Chris Hardwick hosts the series which interviews celebrities, fans, and people actually involved with the AMC zombie show. Plus, he often makes with some funny bits (he is a comedian). The show airs live following "The Walkind Dead" and may just provide some interesting insights into what you've just witnessed (because, obviously, you're watching "The Walking Dead."

This weekend, AMC is running a major season 3 preview thingy for "The Walking Dead." As a part of the festivities, Chris Hardwick is going to host a very special "Talking Dead" episode, which, we think, really ought to be titled "Talking 'Dead,'" with that extra set of quotes to denote that they are talking about the series "The Walking Dead" and not just some random deceased individual. Maybe by the time the full third season of the main series rolls around they'll do that, but for now, let us just tune in and pray that they tell us that we don't have to see the farm ever again.
