Ah the suburbs, that place people from the city view as the end of humanity as we know it. In this new sitcom a single dad takes his 16-year-old daughter to the 'burbs because he's worried about how she's growing up. We think he probably started worrying about that a little late, but that's not the point. No, the point is that he does care and so he takes his daughter to a 'nice' place and then they have some trouble adjusting. It is your classic fish-out-of-water story, plus the suburbs are a pretty big target which should make jokes easy to come by.
