Scott Baio has returned to his sitcom roots--and potentially even better than that--is going to be a guy staying at home to take care of kids in this new show. Think, potentially, "Charles in Charge" but shooting on the "Happy Days" set where the guy didn't mean to stay at home but has decided to stop acting in order to raise his children.
