We have been promised many answers on "Revolution."  We feel as though some answers have been delivered, but there are still a whole lot of questions rattling about our brain prior to tonight's season finale.  Will we get all the answers we have been promised?  Well, we would bet that a large number of answers will be forthcoming, but that along with those answers we are going to get a massive set of new questions.  "Revolution" has been renewed for a second season so there is certainly a possibility that answers to new questions will be coming, but we aren't going to bet on that.

After disappearing for far too long, "Revolution" returned last week, and at PaleyFest back in March we were promised that we wouldn't see the season end without answers.  We don't know that any of those answers will be coming tonight, but we are quite certain that we don't have any interest in letting a single episode pass us by because there's a possibility that we might get answers.  That is enough to make the show a must watch.  We are quite certain that "Lost"-style, the answers will only lead to more questions, but that's just part of the wonder of such a show.

We are not here to tell you whether or not it was a good idea for NBC to have "Revolution" disappear from the schedule for almost four months.  Much like the elimination of all power from the dystopic future which "Revolution" presents, there are arguments to be made both ways.  The important think to note is that "Revolution" is starting up again tonight and will, if all things go as planned, air every single week until the season ends.  After that, well, let us not concern ourselves with what the future may bring... except for the future presented on "Revolution."

People we don't want to go out and tell you that the world is coming to an end, but the fall season of this show most definitely isn't going to last beyond tonight.  Think of it, as we stated in the flyover description, as an apocalypse for this series, or at least the fall part of this series.  We expect you to be sad.  We expect you to cry and fight and whine and say that it's not fair, but we also expect you to pick up and move on with your life.  It isn't like you're in Seattle and your kids are in England and you're never ever going to see them again, it's just a fall finale.  Gird yourself appropriately.

What happens in a world without electricity?  No, not the world of 200 years ago without electricity, today's world (or the near future anyway) without electricity.  Well, first off, you wouldn't have us here to tell you to watch a show from J.J. Abrams, Jon Favreau, and Eric Kripke all about such a world.  You know, we're not even going to do a number two, because that number one was totally enough.  You should definitely watch the show though, even if it hypotheses a world without us.  Does that make us sad?  It does, but perhaps sad in a good way.
