  There is a restaurant somewhere in the world called Poco's on the Boulevard.  We know this because the title of tonight's premiere of "Restaurant: Impossible" is 'Poco's on the Boulevard.'  Okay, we just disappeared for a minute to check (you probably didn't even notice because we have a super-fast ethernet connection) and it turns out Poco's on the Boulevard is in Kansas City, MO.  We would have thought they would have served BBQ, but they don't, they serve Latin cuisine.  Of course, we're not sure what they did before Robert Irvine came for this series and changed things around.  Watch the man work his magic.

  Robert Irvine's goal on this series is to rescue restaurants that are about to close.  The question is how, with limited time and a small budget, he manages to save so many places.  Tonight we may just get answers to those questions for tonight we get to go behind the scenes on "Restaurant: Impossible."  To us, this could be better than the best regular old "Restaurant: Impossible" because it is going to tell us how things actually happen.  Tonight, we get the messy bits that are left on the cutting room floor.
