The doctor at the center of this story, Kate McGinn (Kelli Giddish), underwent a past-life regression in her 20s. Because of that, she's become a believer in reincarnation, so much so that she has dedicated her career to fixing others' past-life trauma. Not only is she good at her job - and just a tad weird - she's now teaming up with a former NYPD detective, Price Whatley (Nicholas Bishop), and the two of them are going to crack some pretty tough cases.
