You have got your Hollywood celebrities, you've got your New York celebrities, and you've got your former New York celebrities who have opted to go off to Europe to shoot their newest movies (you know who you are).  Robert De Niro most definitely falls into the New York category and is one of the executive producers of this new cop drama which focuses on rookies in the 22nd precinct.  The series features Adam Goldberg and Leelee Sobieski amongst others.  Yes, Leelee Sobieski, it doesn't have Amber Tamblyn which is one of the ways you know, despite Adam Golberg playing a NYC cop, that it isn't "The Unusuals" just being shifted to a new network.
