Entitled "I Choose You," tonight is the 13th episode of "Mistresses" and the last episode of the first season. We don't know what will occur tonight, but we assume it has to do with someone choosing someone else, and that said decision was not easy to come by. Of course, when you hear such a thing, the mind is forced to wonder if the feelings are reciprocal -- has the first person waited too long to make the decision and has the second person, therefore, moved on? Tonight, we will find out.

We don't know if you remember this show from last summer, but we promise you that it was on, and now it's on again (not to make a "Amazing Spider-Man 2" soundtrack reference or anything). "Mistresses" stars Alyssa Milano, Yunjin Kim, and more, this series is about four women--friends, if you will--who are, to quote the official press release, "each on their own path to self-discovery." Watch and see just how soap-filled that path to self-discovery turns out.

This new series stars, amongst others, Alyssa Milano, and is based upon the British series of the same name. The show revolves around four women each of whom are on their 'own path to self-discovery.' ABC plans on airing the first season on a weekly basis without repeats from now through Labor Day which means a regular supply of fresh episodes all summer. This could be some truly great summer 'guilty pleasure' viewing... even if we don't accept the term 'guilty pleasure' and never will. Perhaps, 'soapy goodness' would be a better term. So, in conclusion, the 'soapy goodness' that is "Mistresses" starts tonight.

Remember how we told you a couple of weeks ago that "Mistresses" was coming back for a third and final season? That was back when the third and final season was beginning. Now, the third and final season is coming to a close. That means that this isn't just a season finale, but a series finale, a complete finale, an end. We are not saying that the series won't return in 20 years like "Absolutely Fabulous," but it is done for the foreseeable future and just because one series starring Joanna Lumley managed a return that doesn't mean that another will. If you haven't been watching, tune in tonight and you can see everything you've missed.
