Magic City

Taking place in Miami in the late 1950s, "Magic City" is the tale of one Ike Evans.  Ike is a gentleman who owns the Miramar Playa Hotel, a truly swanky place where folks like The Kennedys show.  Naturally, the CIA and the mob are also present (hey, it's the late '50s, that sort of thing was okay back then).  You know what that means -- drama.  We fully expect secrets and lies and tension and some really great outfits to appear on a regular basis on the series.  Also, we expect less blood than the Starz show which previously aired in this time slot, "Spartacus:  Vengeance."  We could be wrong about the blood but don't imagine we are.
