There are fewer more obvious, clear cut holiday traditions than the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. From its starting line up on Central Park West to its finish by Herald Square, the Thanksgiving Day Parade still manages to bring a smile to the faces of those young and old. You can be assured that the parade will have a couple of new floats and some other changes to keep it fresh this year, but one thing that won't be different is Santa. The big guy will still be there, waving to the various and sundry lining the parade route.
