This show, despite its dedicated fan base (however large or small that may be) has been canceled by The CW. We don't believe however that the mere fact of the series cancellation warrants your missing the final two episodes. We ask you, quite seriousl,, if you're one of the people who have enjoyed the two seasons this show has had why you would possibly want to miss the final episodes simply because you know there will be no more. Whether or not life is unexpected, it must be expected that all shows will eventually come to an end, and sometimes that end is sooner than we'd like. Watch these last entries and be merry for the time you've had with the show.

There is a lot in this life that you can't really count on, isn't there? Will your car pass inspection? Will you pass the math test? Will Spain repeat as World Cup Champion in four years? There is however a lot of which you can be certain as well. The Yankees will make the postseason. If you eat enough you will put on weight. The sun will rise everyday. In other words, there is much to life which is expected and there is much to life which is unknown. It is perhaps that which is unexpected which makes us happiest (except the Yankees making the postseason), and that may be just what this series provides.

We all know that Lux has had something of a tough year here on season one of "Life Unexpected." It's not just that Lux found her mother and father and that her father didn't even know about her, but her emancipation thing didn't go particularly well, and then she was forced to move in with her mother, the same mother that gave her up for adoption. Mommy then went a step further and denied her daughter on her radio show... and that was all in the first couple of episodes. What does the season finale have in store for her? We shudder to think.
