There may only six episodes in "Law & Order: UK"'s seventh season, but that doesn't mean that they're not six great episodes.  In fact, perhaps, they've pushed all the goodness that would be spread over 22 episodes in the United States into six episodes here in the UK.  That is a whole lot of "Law & Order" goodness per episode, if they spread it evenly, which they probably don't.  No, they probably put most of the goodness into the finale which just happens to be tonight.  Watch and savor, watch and savor.

Okay, so maybe our one sentence description was a little misleading -- the British series third season doesn't really wrap tonight, and you might not even want to refer to it as a British series, so let's take a step back.  How's this for a more accurate statement -- the BBC America airing of the British version of the US show will finish its third season tonight.  Pretty good, right?  Now, will one of the characters on the show have this as their last episode (it is a "Law & Order" series and therefore has an ever-changing cast)?  No fair looking it up and finding out in advance, tune in and see what happens tonight.

Oh those Crown Prosecutors, is there any length they won't go to go get their man (or woman)?  Why are there not more misunderstandings about their role?  Isn't there a certain implication that a Crown Prosecutor would be prosecuting the Crown as opposed to a prosecutor for the Crown?  One role has them defending the country and the other has them subverting the Crown's authority, and that's a pretty big difference that one would think the British people (and Crown) would want to clear up.  One wonders if they'll fix it all in the finale tonight (okay, we don't really, but wouldn't it be good if they did).
