It has been many years since Rey Curtis (Benjamin Bratt) was a regular on "Law & Order" and things have certainly changed on the show since those days, but the Curtis drought ends tonight as Benjamin Bratt reprises his role. We are not quite sure where he'll figure into the plot - which revolves around the murder of a campaign volunteer - but he's sure to be a crucial part of the goings-on. After all, if Curtis wasn't relevant to the proceedings, why would he be there? Welcome back, Rey, we missed you!
