There are certain things which just feel like a great idea, and as reality television notions go, this may be one of them (not necessarily for those involved, but rather for the viewer).  The basic premise is this -- each episode features women who didn't plan on getting pregnant being pregnant and deciding whether or not to keep the baby or give it up for adoption.  You get to see families on both sides and see the struggles they go through.  It isn't always the easiest thing to watch and you may find yourself yelling at the screen occasionally, but it can be interesting.

Every 60 minute episode of "I'm Having Their Baby" has featured two different couples with two different other women carrying two different babies that may end up with one of the couples.  Put another way, every episode has had two separate stories as a part of them.  Pregnancy and parenting are, quite naturally, weighty issues and the stories can, sometimes, be a little hard to watch.  Whoever said that anything good came easily?  Might we suggest you spend an hour tonight watching and seeing what the pregnant women in question decide to do vis-a-vis their unborn child.
