We can't promise you that you'll find a haven here, but the people who are in the town are certainly in need of one. You see, the people in the small town of Haven, Maine all have various supernatural abilities and consequently are in need of protection from the outside world (or vice versa). Think of it as "In Plain Sight" meets "Eureka," or perhaps just "Eureka" on the East Coast. You can also think of it as based on the novella by Stephen King, because it totally is. But, whatever you think of it, don't think of it as late for dinner.
