Initially it had been planned that "Happily Divorced" would have a 12 episode second season but eventually someone realized that Fran Drescher's laugh needs more than 12 episodes a season (yes, yes, there were only something like eight episodes in season one, ignore that) and so the entire thing has been extended to a full 24. The back half of the season will air at some point later this year, but we don't quite know when that is might be happening. What we can tell you at the moment is that this is the spring (or is it summer?) finale for the show and the last chance for a while to hear that laugh. Don't miss out.

Fran Drescher -- you know her and you either love her or you really don't. Personally, we tend to think that Drescher is a truly funny person, and the rest of the cast is quite good as well, being composed of John Michael Higgins, Rita Moreno, Robert Walden, Tichina Arnold, and Valente Rodriguez. The story itself follows a florist who learns that she married a gay man nearly two decades ago. Well, that's all happened already and the two are now, as you may have guessed from the title, "Happily Divorced." But, happily divorced doesn't mean in love forever and always, and they would, we believe, very much like to be even if it's not with each other.
