There is a mine in Oregon known as the Crescent Mine. It is also known as ridiculously haunted. That is what this television show is all about, this ridiculously haunted mine. But, the goal is not simply to find ghosts -- that would be too easy, no, the goal is to find ghosts and to find gold as well. Obviously, if they obtain one or the other, the folks behind the show stand a good chance of becoming rich (you would need a lot of gold, we surmise, but go with us). We appreciate that sort of dual-pronged attack. Find out how they do tonight in the season finale.

When this series began (way back in mid-January), it was explained to us that there is, in Oregon, an abandoned gold mine. The mine hasn't been abandoned because it has run out of gold, but rather because there are just a few too many tales of the place being haunted. Now, as the series opened, we learned that a new owner has taken on the mine and that, ghosts or no, he plans on extracting as much gold as he possible can from the place. How has that all worked for him? Where is the process headed now? Hopefully the season finale will give us some sort of summation... or ghosts, we'd accept ghosts.
