To catch you up on the basic premise of "Continuum," the series is about this cop from the future who ends up in the present in order to catch bad guys from the future who are also in the present. Said cop is Kiera Cameron and she is, unless we're grossly mistaken, from the year 2077 which is, quite clearly, the future, but it's not like the 25th Century future, it's the near future, a future that resembles the present but with some tweaks here and there. For instance, we imagine, television sets have only gotten larger (think how much larger the average television is today than the television of 60 years ago).

So, the first season of "Continuum" featured the word "time" in all the episode titles. The second season had the word "second." Okay, that last one may have been less clever, but we still appreciate the whole notion of repeating words (which, perhaps, is why we may have said this sort of thing before). Now, tonight, we get the last episode of season three, and every episode this season as featured the word "minute." This particular title is "Last Minute" which could be a load of things. We choose not to speculate, simply to watch and enjoy.

We just read through a description of how the second season of "Continuum" ended and here's the thing, we totally remember it all, but trying to tell you about it would prove insanely long and, we think you probably wouldn't bother to read it all. So, instead, let us tell you this -- "Continuum" is a real and true sci-fi show here on Syfy. It deals with time travel and bad guys and consequences. Tune in and check it out, we figure that they're going to have a pretty swell "previously on" to open up the season and all the stuff we can't explain here will be explained there and everyone, but everyone, will be happy.

In "Continuum," a cop from the future finds herself trapped in the present day. As if that wasn't interesting enough, the entire second season has featured the word "Second" in episode titles. So, you've gotten titles like "Split Second" and "Second Opinion" and "Second Guessed." Even more interesting than that is the fact that the final episode of the season is going to be called "Second Time," which is interesting because every episode in the first season had the word "Time." Just how will this season finale loop back into what we saw last season? We don't know, but we're curious to find out.
