  This show, as you undoubtedly recall, is all about a work marriage, which is something that we've never actually experienced.  Certainly we've had work friends and even a work best man, but we've never had a work spouse.  The truth is that our real spouse is quite enough spouse for us, the notion of having to deal with two different spouses is just a little bit more than we can possibly handle.  We do enjoy a good episode of "Common Law" and getting to see what a work spouse is like, but we wouldn't really want one of our own.

  Tonight is a big night for "Common Law," the series hits episode 10.  That is double-digits, people, double-digits!  The next big number isn't until what, 50? 100?  Probably 100, and that's a long way off.  Don't go thinking that it isn't all that special to hit 10 episodes, that the number isn't very high.  Have you ever considered how many shows get cancelled prior to episode 10?  How many shows never even get to episode one?  Episode 10 is nothing to sneeze at, and when episode 10 deal swith in-laws, it makes us happy.  Especially when there are guns around.
