TV Network - ABCThere are things in this world which we really and truly love, and somewhere near the top of that list are Christmas songs. This two hour special features all of your favorite country stars singing holiday songs and telling holiday stories as well. But, it won't just limit itself to country singers -- Colbie Caillat, John Legend, and Katherine Jenkins will also be on hand. We aren't exactly sure why if this is on ABC the stars of "Nashville" aren't going to be there too, but they aren't on any list we've seen. It feels like they're missing a synergistic opportunity though, doesn't it?

We love Christmas and we love Christmas music (we're generally celebratory about all festivals, including Arbor Day... there's some great Arbor Day music out there). Consequently, we're terribly excited for tonight's "CMA Country Christmas," which is when some of the biggest stars of the country music world croon just for us. Well, perhaps they're more twanging than crooning, but it's all good -- just turn down the lights, turn up the fire, pour yourself something to keep the insides warm and listen as you go rockin' around the Christmas tree.
