Bored to Death

It has been suggested to us that it is simply lazy writing to state that we are bored to death with this show.  We don't imagine that to say that we are bored to tears would fare much better, so perhaps we ought to go with some sort of opposite day-like statement such as 'we are jazzed up enough to be resuscitated' by the series.  That however feels like an awful long way to go for a poor joke.  Right now we feel a little like that guy in the Taco Bell commercial who gets yanked for Mariano Rivera - we desperately need a closer for this one.  If only we knew how to reach Sam 'Mayday' Malone it would be all good.
