  There are certain jobs we want more than anything in the world.  High (though perhaps not chief) amongst these is getting paid to go around and sample BBQ.  Myron Mixon, Aaron Franklin, and Tuffy Stone have just that job.  These individuals travel the United States with a camera crew and eat a whole lot of BBQ.  They do this at BBQ competitions and then get to tell the cooks just which person has made the most delicious of BBQ dinners.  We would, beyond a shadow of a doubt, end up in Nero Wolfe weight territory were this our job, but it would be worth it.
