TV Network - NBCOver the course of the eight previous episodes we have gotten to see rough ideas for restaurant chains morph into something more solid, more concrete. Would-be proprietors have edited menus, refined cooking techniques, planned, promoted, and generally fought to make their dreams a reality. Tonight, one of those dreams will come out on top as the panel of investors make a decision about which venture they will actually be funding. It's going to be a big night for someone (and a crushing defeat for everyone else).
