Everything a fan needs to know

666 Park Ave

Terry O'Quinn and Vanessa Williams on '666 Park Avenue'

666 Park Avenue

TV Network - ABC

There will only be 13 episodes of "666 Park Avenue," and tonight is episode 12.  The series is ending quite soon, but that isn't to say that the show hasn't asked some odd and disturbing questions.  There are answers we want to get.  There are things we still want to understand, and if you've been watching, we're sure you feel the exact same way.  The end of the series is in sight and that means we're going to know in pretty short order if we'll be getting the answers we so desperately crave or if we'll just end up with whole new questions.  Things should, fingers crossed, get truly interesting as we head towards the conclusion.

With four episodes left in the can, "666 Park Avenue" disappeared from the ABC schedule after its December 2nd airing.  It went away quietly in the night, as though it had made a deal with the devil (who happens to run an apartment building) to slink away peacefully with the promise that it could return during our summer to haunt slow Saturday nights.  That haunting begins tonight.  Tune in and watch the first of the final four episode of "666 Park Avenue" tonight.  It will all end on July 13th (we'll remind you then), but it starts again tonight.  Like a murmuration of starlings released from inside the walls of an apartment building, it explodes here and now.

We would like to point out to you, in case you weren't already aware, that the zombie apocalypse is coming.  Now, we aren't suggesting that "666 Park Avenue" is going to have zombies tonight (you'll have to watch those over on AMC), we're just noting that the dead rising is a common theme across so many different shows/books/films/etc.  For instance, tonight's episode of "666 Park Avenue" is called 'The Dead Don't Stay Dead.'  Probably they're actually talking about ghosts, but what is really behind it all?  What is the larger story?  Is it possible that somehow, internally, we all know (as a society) that the zombies are about to rise and that knowledge manifests itself in things like episode titles?

At some unspecified address in New York City there is this building called The Drake, a building which is run by Terry O'Quinn's character.  We may have no idea what the address of the building is, but we do know that evil things happen at the building, evil things that we would wish on no person.  Sure, things may look bright for some of the residents from time to time, but when dark forces are at work they will not stay good forever.  Vanessa Williams, Erik Palladino, Rachael Taylor, and Dave Annable are amongst the cast in this new series... if only we knew the address of the apartment building.
