TV Network - ABCYou would think that watching people get hit in the gonads with a bat, ball, tree branch, or car would eventually grow tiring. Well, "America's Funniest Home Videos" is back for yet another season and that, as much as anything else in the entire universe, proves to us that while seeing someone else get hit in the gonads may eventually get old, it hasn't gotten old yet. Tom Bergeron continues to host and poor, unsuspecting fellows continue to risk the possibility of never having (more) children.

There will be those out there who will say that not only is it simply impossible for there to actually be more funny home videos in this nation after 20 years (this is the 21st season of the show), but that the videos were never funny to begin with. That is the sort of ridiculous, defeatist, attitude of which we do not approve. Getting hit in the groin with a baseball bat or stick is always funny and the fact that people still go around near bats and sticks without always wearing a cup is the funniest part of all. Wear a cup - it's always worth it.
