USA debuts the new medical drama "Royal Pains" with a 75-minute premiere.
In his latest stab at TV stardom, Mark Feuerstein plays a respected Manhattan surgeon who loses his job, his apartment and his fiance and finds himself in the Hamptons for a holiday weekend with nothing to lose. There he discovers that the rich and quirky also need medical attention.
