I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here

It didn't work when ABC tried it out several years back, but NBC is attempting to resurrect the "I'm a Celebrity..." format which has been so popular overseas.

Ten semi-celebrities -- the likes of Janice Dickinson, Stephen Baldwin, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, Sanjaya Malakar and John Salley -- have been dumped into the heart of the Costa Rican jungle, where they'll compete for luxuries and the votes of the American People.

If you like what you see, get ready for a lot of "I'm a Celebrity." The new series will debut as a two-hour television event on Monday, June 1 (8-10 p.m. ET) and will follow with broadcasts on Mondays through Thursdays (8-9 p.m. ET) for the first three weeks. During the fourth week of June, the series will be telecast Monday through Wednesday (8-9 p.m. ET) with the finale on Wednesday, June 24 (8-9 p.m. ET).
