Fast National ratings for Tuesday, April 14, 2015.

A weak week for "NCIS" still ranked as Tuesday's most watched show and finished behind only "The Voice" among adults 18-49. And with "The Voice" dropping and "Chicago Fire" airing a repeat, CBS was able to add a key demo crown to its normal overall Tuesday dominance.

Though "NCIS" may have been down from last week, there were a lot of positive notes on Tuesday as "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," "The Flash" and "iZombie" were up a little, as was "NCIS: New Orleans."

With "New Girl" in a repeat, FOX's "Weird Loners" had what was presumably one of the ugliest in-season nights ever for an original comedy on the Big 4, helping the network easily finish in fifth. [The "Mulaney" finale averaged just over 1.1 million viewers and a 0.4 key demo rating, proving something can go lower than last night's "Weird Loners." But it's hard.]

Let's get to the numbers...

Among adults 18-49, CBS averaged a 1.7 rating for Tuesday primetime, edging out the 1.6 rating for NBC in the key demographic. ABC was third with a 1.2 key demo rating, holding off The CW's 1.1 key demo rating. FOX trailed with a 0.9 key demo rating for Tuesday.

Overall, CBS ruled with an estimated 12.87 million viewers and an 8.1 rating/14 share for Tuesday primetime. NBC was a distant second with 6.35 million viewers and a 4.1/7 for the night. ABC's 2.2/4 and 3.44 million viewers beat the 2.74 million viewers and 1.6/3 for The CW. FOX averaged a 1.5/3 and 2.45 million viewers in fifth.

ABC was third with "Fresh Off The Boat" (4.66 million and a 1.4 key demo) and "Repeat After Me" (3.08 million viewers and a 1.0 key demo rating), with "Repeat After Me" actually slipping to fifth for the 8:30 half-hour. ABC's "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." was third with 3.91 million viewers and second with a 1.6 key demo rating. The CW's "iZombie" averaged 1.98 million viewers and a 0.8 key demo rating, topping FOX's "New Girl" repeat (1.33 million and a 0.5 key demo) and a new "Weird Loners" (1.43 million and a 0.6 key demo).

10 p.m. - "Person of Interest" won the 10 p.m. hour with 9.16 million viewers and also finished in first with a 1.4 rating among adults 18-49.
