HBO broadcast segments of the presentation; here, below, is the whole of Cyrus' f-bomb-laden speech, which contains many fun facts, including how Jett managed to pray on the men's side of the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem, and what precautions to take if you're smoking pot in a hotel room that Oprah has provided for you.

The "Bangerz" singer saluted the Runaways member as not just a "deity," but a "guide" and  "Superwoman, what Superwoman really should be."
