Steven Spielberg has selected another avatar in the game that is adapting Ready Player One for the big screen.

T.J. Miller has joined the film based on the 2011 science fiction book about OASIS, a video game-like virtual universe that’s both a retreat and a high-stakes challenge for young Wade Watts, who’d rather spend his time in OASIS than in the ugly reality out there in the year 2044.

Miller, known for his roles in both Deadpool and HBO comedy Silicon Valley, will play i-R0k, who shows up a couple times in the online forums of OASIS in the book. If you couldn’t already tell from that screen name, he’s quite the trolling jerk.

Starring as Wade in the film is Tye Sheridan, who, like Miller, has a recent superhero movie on his resume: He plays Cyclops in X-Men: Apocalypse. Also signed on to Ready Player One are Olivia Cooke, Simon Pegg, Ben Mendelsohn, and Mark Rylance.

Ready Player One is set for a March 30, 2018 release date.
