The One about the Midlife Crisis.

Netflix today announced they’ve greenlit a new comedy, Friends from College. The series stars include Fred Savage, Keegan-Michael Key and Cobie Smulders and will be produced by Nicholas Stoller (The Carmichael Show, Muppets Most Wanted) and Francesca Delbanco.

According to the streaming service, Friends from College “centers on a group of friends who went to Harvard together and are now facing down their forties and experiencing a range of success, or lack thereof, both professionally and domestically.” Netflix ordered eight episodes for the first season.

The series also stars Annie Parisse, Nat Faxon and Jae Suh Park.

Production on Friends from College begins later this year in New York. The release date has not yet been announced.
