The champ is here, and he’s got a new job.

ESPN today announced that pro wrestler extraordinaire John Cena will host The ESPYS, the network’s mid-summer awardsfest.

In a statement, Cena said, “It is truly an honor to be named host of The 2016 ESPYS. Not only will the biggest names in sports and entertainment come together to recognize some of the most spectacular athletic performances of the year, but we’ll also raise funds for The V Foundation to further much-needed cancer research.”

Cena has been busy outside the ring in recent months, and this has nothing to do with his rehab from shoulder surgery. The grappler has been diving headlong into projects on both the small and big screen. Cena had notable roles in Trainwreck and Sisters and is EPing and hosting the FOX competition series American Grit.

The ESPYS will air on ABC on July 13 at 8 p.m. ET.
