Jennifer Lawrence's repeated refrain heading into production X-Men: Apocalypse was that it would be her final outing as Mystique. Many assumed that she'd grown tired of the extensive makeup needed to play the character. Though that's become less necessary over the last couple of films as she's spent more time as Raven than Mystique.

She's since changed her tune a bit.

“I would love to come back,” Lawrence said in a recent interview with EW. “I love the fans and I love the character. But then you realize how important your year is, like how important three months out of your year is. I don’t know. I shouldn’t be that honest.”

It's all about the Three Musketeers as far as Lawrence is concerned, though.

“Fassbender and McAvoy and I were all talking like, ‘Will you come back?’ ‘I dunno.’ ‘I’ll come back if you come back,’" the actress joked. "Fox should be terrified because the deal we made was like if one of us doesn’t come back, none of us are.”

Terrified indeed.

What do you think? Will Lawrence and team stick with the pact in the vein of the Friends cast? Do you want to see all or one return?
