Seeing a woman naked for the first time is indeed life-changing...

The Game of Thrones Season 6 premiere put the spotlight on the female leads on the show in some very significant and interesting ways.

As Alan Sepinwall points out in his review, the series' creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss almost seem to be commenting on the show's somewhat lascivious history in this episode with the juxtapositon of the Dathraki's conversation surrounding the pleasure of a naked women and the Melisandre reveal at the close of the hour.

In total, this episode dealt with the women of Westeros (and beyond) in some very interesting ways.

In the video above or below Donna Dickens and Roth Cornet talk about the ladies of Game of Thrones and how the show's creators seems to be course correcting with the season 6 premiere episode.
