From ‘Daredevil’ to Batgirl, Rosario Dawson takes on another comic icon
She’s played Night Nurse in Netflix’s “Daredevil,” Gail in “Sin City,” voiced Wonder Woman in “Justice League: Throne of Atlantis,” and now Rosario Dawson is taking on the voice of Batgirl/Barbara Gordon in the “LEGO Movie” spinoff “The LEGO Batman Movie.”
THR reports that Dawson will join Will Arnett as Batman, and Michael Cera as Robin, and Zack Galifanakis as The Joker. Barbara Gordan becomes the crime-fighter Batgirl, as fans will know.
The actress will reprise her role as Claire Temple/Night Burse in Netflix’s “Jessica Jones” and “Luke Cage,” as the character appears to be a bridge between the various Marvel Netflix series as they head toward’s the team-up “The Defenders.”
“The LEGO Batman Movie” is set for release on February 10, 2017.
