The Backstreet Boys have a present they want to give to you tonight, girl.
The perpetually perky quintet appeared on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” Wednesday day night, performing their new holiday song “It’s Christmas Time Again,” backed by The Roots.
[More after the jump...]
It’s one of the strongest songs they’ve had since reuniting. The tune is a little redolent of the melody of “Do They Know It’s Christmas Time” crossed with a fun. song. Where are the Christmas outfits, though? Nick Carter’s very serious “get centered” moment when the song begins is worth watching for alone.
And is that a gleam we see in Brian Littrell’s eyes as he sings, “got plans to give you your gift tonight?”
If that's too saccharine for you, here's our favorite version of "Jingle Bells," featuring Eminem, 50 Cent, Nelly and Snoop Dogg. It's been circulating for a few years, but it's always good to trot out during the holiday season.
