Beware: "Hannibal" is making an appearance at San Diego Comic-Con

The annual pop-culture convention is hosting a panel discussion (entitled "Hannibal: Feed Your Fear") for the returning NBC drama on Thursday, July 18 from 6:45-7:45pm in Room 6A of the San Diego Convention Center, with star Hugh Dancy, executive-producers Bryan Fuller and Martha De Laurentiis and director David Slade all slated to attend. The foursome will discuss Season 2 of the show, which is set to debut in 2014.

"The core audience of 'Hannibal,' some of whom call themselves 'Fannibals,' have been incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about the show and we are honored to join those 'Fannibals' attending San Diego Comic Con, where passion and enthusiasm are always on the menu," said Fuller in a statement.

"Hannibal" explores the early relationship between young FBI profiler Will Graham (Dancy) and his psychiatrist, the soon-to-be-infamous Dr. Hannibal Lecter.
