Movie Power Rankings: Academy Awards tops 'Star Wars,' 'Hunger Games'
Not even the superheroes like Spider-Man, Anchorman or the Fantastic Four can defeat the Academy Awards. With the 2013 edition al wrapped up, film fans are still abuzz about "Argo's" big win, Jennifer Lawrence's endless charm (more on her in a minute), the musical performances by Adele, Barbra Streisand and Jennifer Hudson, and of course, polarizing host Seth MacFarlane. Now all we can do is wait for next year. Do you have any favorites yet?

2. "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" (Last time: Not ranked)
Lawrence and co-star Josh Hutcherson are ready for round two, starting with the sequel's first poster, showing them embarking on their Victory Tour.
3. "Amazing Spider-Man 2" (Last time: Not ranked)
Andrew Garfield's got some new threads for the sequel.
4. "Star Wars" (Last time: No. 1)
First, we heard that Harrison Ford is possibly maybe returning as Han Solo. And now, Mark Hamill is maybe possibly reprising his role as Luke Skywalker? Sounds like "Star Wars," alright.
5. "Fantastic Four" (Last time: Not ranked)
Can "Kick-Ass" and "X-Men: First Class" director-producer Matthew Vaughn bring some energy to the superhero reboot?
6. "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" (Last time: Not ranked)
Leonardo leads/Donatello does machines/Megan Fox is -- wait, what? Yes, the one-time mortal enemy of "TMNT" producer Michael Bay has signed on for the franchise's latest reboot.
7. "Anchorman 2" (Last time: Not ranked)
Some new stars are moving to San Diego for the comedy sequel. Former "X-Men" member James Marsden will play a rival anchor to Will Ferrell's Ron Burgundy, while Ferrell's "Talladega Nights" buddy John C. Reilly is also reportedly joining the Channel 4 News team in some capacity.
8. "Fifty Shades of Grey" (Last time: Not ranked)
Universal is eager to get their adaptation of the kinky bestseller into theaters by Summer 2014, but will the hype have already climaxed by then?
9. "Death Wish" (Last time: Not ranked)
Bruce Willis might be moving from "Die Hard" to "Death Wish" in the planned remake of the Charles Bronson original. Jeez, Bruce, live a little.
10. "Annie" (Last time: Not ranked)
"Beasts of the Southern Wild" star Quvenzhane Wallis will show off her dancing and singing skills (at least we hope she can dance and sing) in the Will Smith-produced remake of "Annie." It's only a day (or a couple of years) away.
