You have have read a bit in recent days about National Geographic's "Seal Team Six: The Raid on Osama Bin Laden," an already controversial feature-length telefilm about the manhunt to find and kill Osama Bin Laden.
The project, which is directed by John Stockwell, is premiering on November 4 and features a strong cast of familiar faces, including Cam Gigandet, Anson Mount, Freddy Rodriquez, Xzibit, Kathleen Robertson, Eddie Kay Thomas, Robert Knepper and William Fichtner.
Over the next few days, HitFix has an exclusive series of four behind-the-scenes featurettes from the project, starting with this video focusing on the project's genesis, specifically the reality that certain details about the search for Bin Laden will never be known and the evolving of the film's three-narrative structure.
Subsequent featurettes look at the soldiers, the set and production and the actors.
Stay tuned.
