Can't wait for "X-Men: Apocalypse"? Well, you have a couple more years to wait (the movie is slated for release on May 27, 2016). But hey, this'll give you something to chew on in the meantime.

Perhaps as a way of thanking fans for making "X-Men: Days of Future Past" the top-grossing installment in the long-running franchise by far (the movie is at $700 million-plus worldwide as of this writing), director Bryan Singer teased the first page of the followup's treatment via Instagram Monday:

Okay, so admittedly there's not much to be gleaned from the snapshot, though it does offer a glimpse of Apocalypse's dreaded Four Horsemen, who were teased in a "Days of Future Past" post-credits scene. So...there's that. See you in 2016.
