Sure, it's been years, but we still have a bad case of McPheever and are hugely, ridiculously, enormously excited to be able to see her on a weekly basis on this series. She is playing a would-be starlet here and will almost certainly be required to sing semi-regularly. Also on the series is Debra Messing of "Will & Grace" fame and she'll be playing one of the writers of the musical, but who finds herself torn between family and work. The cast also includes Anjelica Houston, Christian Borle, Jack Davenport, and Megan Hilty.
