Black Gold

If we were titling this show we would have called it "Texas Tea," but that doesn't really convey the same sort of gritty strength that "Black Gold" does, does it?  Even so, the reference would be the same -- we'd be talking about oil and the chance for cement ponds.  This truTV series takes place in the oil fields of Texas and shows us just what it takes to bring that oil in.  Sure, you could watch "Dallas" to get such answers, but the way the Ewings operate doesn't quite match up with what we see here on truTV.  "Dallas" would probably be closer to "Texas Tea" than "Black Gold."
