This year will be the fifth time that VH1 has hosted this event, and is actually the first time it will air on a Thursday. Now, we're not superstitious or anything, but is it just a coincidence that the first major awards show of the season is airing for the fifth time on a network with the number one in the title on the fifth day of the week (if you count from Sunday)? That's one-five-one-five, and as we all know... sorry, it is just a coincidence, never mind. These awards are given by the Broadcast Film Critics Association and honor the best of the year in film.
