Lockout - DVD

While I was at my office at Dish I heard a lot of people talking about Lock Out so I gave it a once over. It is about a CIA agent that has been framed for murder that must clear his name by rescuing the president’s daughter from a riot in a prison that is orbiting earth. The concept sounds pretty original but the writers did not do much with it. The acting is OK, mostly mediocre at best with Pearce’s role as Snow outshining all the rest. I advise you to not expect a classic or even a movie that you will encourage your friends to watch, but if you like action and have an hour and a half to waste Lock Out is a good bet. I got it through the mail with my Blockbuster at Home subscription so my investment was almost negligible, but if you absolutely have to check it out I say forgo buying it and rent it only if it’s under five bucks.
