SPOILER ALERT! SPOILER ALERT! SPOILER ALERT! ANY CONTENT YOU IN THIS FILM COULD IDENTIFIED AS A SPOILER!!!
FAKE?!? One reviewer on this site calls Fruit-vale Station well-acted, but phony, the grade was a C+ I disagree with your opinon because as for me, this was, truly, one of the best films of this year, in fact, it may BE THE best film of the year for me, but with other upcoming and anticipated films such as American Hustle, Lone Survivor, The Hobbit 2: The Desolation Of Smaug, Disney's Saving Mr. Banks, the already-released-in-theaters, Disney's Frozen, Captain Phillips, Gravity, RUSH, and Prisoners, some of these films and more could be anybody's list of their favorite films of the year, but the last 3 won't be on MY list, because they just were NOT AS good for me, as they were to someone else! What I am trying to get at is that there are many other films releasing throughout this year, quite a few of them are Oscar-bait films, such as this magnificent, tragic, and intense, yet boldly told story that is both tragic and fantastic!! At a mostly brisk pace of 84 minutes, Fruit-VAle Station is one of those films that has a plot with spoilers, but you really don't want to describe the plot to a film like this in 10 words or less, especially with MAJOR spoilers surrounding the briefly told plot-line!! The acting, suspense, intensity, tragedy are all handled so perfectly, that while the pacing of the film does get a little slow, it's worth all the Oscar-talk it's been getting! A truly tragic film that isn't for the sensitive people, but a fantastic film for both the warm-hearted and cold-hearted people indeed! And to top it all off, it's a true story about love, bravery, loss, and sacrifice!!!!
