'The Tribe' has been a major hit at every film festival it's played this year, and with good reason. It's a bold and striking story of love and violence, told entirely through sign language, and while it should be a hard sell for distributor Drafthouse Films, it's a worthwhile difficulty.

Salma Hayek is the star of 'Everly,' an action film about a woman trying to not only survive wave after wave of assassins but also escape a prison-like hotel, and we review the film as the start of our Fantastic Fest 2014 coverage.
