This year is the 50th New York Film Festival.  The fest opens tonight with the world premiere of Ang Lee's latest film, "Life of Pi," which is based on the acclaimed novel by Yann Martel. On October 14th, the festival will close with another big movie, Robert Zemeckis' "Flight" which stars Denzel Washington.  Sandwiched between those two movies you can expect to see other big names, other big premieres, and a whole lot more.
