David Cook has some pretty different plans for his next album, by his own admission. “I’ve got lofty ideas, man,” he says. “So it’s just a matter of implementing them.” The “American Idol” season 7 champ wants to break the tight, guitar-oriented mold had adhered to on his self-titled major label debut.
